walking

I know it’s childish, but I’m quite childish

I just hope the former owner of this managed to remove himself before the frost began to set in. If you think a tongue on an icy lolly is painful…

I’ve wanted to take those top two for ages. With the shutters down, The Hub on Lower Shirley High Street looks so simple and distraction free. Problem is, I’m usually in a hurry to get to the train station when I go past at the right time.
Same with that house, really. I missed the decent opportunity – there’s way less stuff out there now than there was before, but it still looks pretty cool, I think.
You can get vegetarian sushi, which is pretty awesome. I never had sushi before; the idea of raw fish didn’t appeal. The idea of raw vegetables and sticky rice definitely does, though.
Lovely, quiet sit in the (now-funded!) St. James’ Park before walking to work with Charlotte.

I feel like less of a tool wandering round taking photos when I’m with someone who’s also brandishing a camera. Had a cool afternoon wandering round the countryside with Paul – the company was better than the scenery!

Boring though the landscape was, there were highland cattle and a cool-looking 12th-century church with a very friendly woman inside. Got me thinking and talking about campanology – something I’ve not though/spoken about for absolutely ages. I’ve developed a relatively morbid curiosity about whether I could still do it, but I doubt anything will come of it.
